SAVAGE
Expect an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) full body circuit styled class working in teams of 4 using dumbbells, barbells, sleds and cardio kit. Weight training experience needed.
SHAPE
Expect an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) glute and ab circuit styled class working in teams of 3 using glute bands, dumbbells and bodyweight movements. Beginner friendly with progressions
