Small Group Personal Training is where you get the structure, coaching and support of a 1:1 personal trainer but within a small group of women at a fraction of the cost.
At Strength in Sisterhood you’ll train in a group of up to 8 females per session, giving you the perfect balance of individual coaching and a supportive environment.
Our sessions are centred around strength training, helping you build confidence using weights, improve your technique and see real progress over time. You’ll follow a structured, progressive programme designed to train your full body so you always know what you’re doing and why you’re doing it.
Every workout is designed by women for women and you’ll be fully guided and supported
by our female personal trainers every step of the way.
